In case partially or fully returning your order, follow the steps below:

• Make sure that there haven’t been more than 28 days since the date your order has been delivered to you.

• Send an email to e-sales@v1969italia.com to inform us that you want to return one or more products of your order. We’ll contact DHL Courier to get in touch with you and arrange a meeting to pick up the products. In case you choose another courier company the shipping costs are totally your charge.
Free returns apply only for orders that have been placed within European Union (except Greece, where different terms are applied). Mind you that only your first return is free of charge. Shipping fees for all other returns for the same order are determined by DHL pricelist. For non-European countries, return shipping fees are totally your charge.

• Place the products you want to return inside the original packaging and make sure they are in their original condition. Place inside the original package a photocopy of your order’s receipt.

• Note that in all foreign countries we do not accept replacement orders, and we proceed only to the refund of your order.

• In case you want another product/s in replacement, you must place a new order at www.v1969italia.com

As soon as we receive your returning items via DHL Courier, we will check their condition, and we will proceed to the money refund at your credit card. Money refund will be only for the items value and will not include any shipping fees.
